Your arrival as a guest sailor
After entering the harbor, search for available moorings. All moorings have a marker sign visible from the water, with a red and a green side
🟥 If the red side comes out, you can continue sailing. The owner is out briefly but will be back very soon.
🟩 If the green side is facing out, there's room and you can dock and moor.
Once you have moored, look for the signs with the arrows ➡️, they point the way to the payment machine in the entrance at the port office, Vestre Mole 2. Here you buy a ticket for the number of days/nights you are staying.
If you need to use the port's other facilities, you must also buy a port card, as it is used as a key to the sailor's lounge and payment for the baths.
How the port map works
When you buy a card, SEK 100 is automatically selected for payment. A deposit of SEK 50 is also paid, which is refunded when the card is returned to the machine. If you do not use the SEK 100, the remaining amount is also refunded, so you only pay for the usage.
It is also possible to choose a larger amount or top up the card afterwards
Should the card fail when attempting a refund, you can always hand the card in through the letterbox to the port office for a refund, clearly stating your name, phone number and your bank registration number and account number.
