Port of Grenaa and the operation of Port of Bønnerup
In the fall of 2023, the contract with the Port of Grenaa was to be renegotiated. The negotiation process included a review of the Board of Trustees' tasks in relation to the operation of the Port of Bønnerup.
As a result of the uncovering of the tasks, it has unfortunately not been possible to reach the goal of a renewed contract. The Port of Grenaa has chosen to terminate the collaboration due to uncertainty as to whether they can fulfill the tasks included in the uncovering.
This means that the Foundation Board has started working on a replacement for the Port of Grenaa.
The Port of Grenaa will continue unchanged until another solution can be implemented.
At the same time, Bønnerup Havns Fondsbestyrelse thanks Bønnerup Havns for the collaboration, which was established back in 2020.
