The new board of directors of Fonden Bønnerup Fiskeri- og Lystbådehavn has constituted itself as follows at the first board meeting after the election:

Vice Chair: Henrik Christensen (Representative from traders)
Financial Manager: Finn Brødløs (Representative appointed after 5.03)
Board member Benny Hammer (Municipal council member Norddjurs Municipality)
Board member Tom Bytoft - Chairman (Municipal council member Norddjurs Municipality)
Marie Louise Friderichsen (Representative appointed after 5.03)
Tommy Plannthin (Representative appointed after 5.03)
Board member Charles Jensen (Representative from the fishing association)
Dorthe Flarup Mikkelsen (Representative from permanent residents)

It is the board's wish to have a strong focus on good meetings and good collaboration, and work has been done on the framework for the good board meeting and the framework for agenda items
Strong focus on transparency from the board
The new board also has a strong focus on openness and transparency, which means that we as a board demand and share relevant knowledge about the port. With regard to openness, it has been decided that minutes and appendices will in future be available on the port's website, with the exception of closed, personally sensitive items. At the same time, the board will have a strong focus on volunteerism, cooperation and cohesion, and work will be initiated on a participatory process for a prioritized development plan for the port.
Chairman's vision
The chairman's vision for the port of Bønnerup is a continued development where Bønnerup port has a clear maritime profile with a strong and sustainable development that makes Bønnerup port a clear player on the map of fantastic ports - A vibrant maritime environment with room for everyone.
